Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and ensuring that deadline.
- Manage the team of production workers. monitor performance, address any personnel issues that may arise.
- Work closely with the quality team to identify and address any defects or issues.
- Identify & establish areas for improvement.
- Ensure safety regulations complies with health and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Prepare daily production report, and any issues encountered.
- Work closely with other departments, to ensure smooth production operations.
- Address issues that arise, including machine breakdowns, material shortages, or personnel challenges, to minimize downtime.
