Job Description:

• Responsible for the overall operations of the factory’s warehouse aspects and manage/foresee all warehouse operations and reports in ERP module.
• Proper coordination and communication with the factory team members for smooth and transparent operations.
• Monitor and supervision over the inventory control process and ensure proper documentation of procedures to maintain tools and equipment.
• Study, analyze and process the procurement requests of the factory and ensure accuracy in inbound inventory and maintain the records.
• Ensure that every material procured whether local or imports are quality certified by the respective user and thereafter inward document is prepared.
• Manage all communications with Purchase, Account and other user departments at Head office to cater requirements of such respective teams on a timely basis.
• Capable of maintaining stock report, raising indents and other such general work related to a manufacturing setup.
• He will report to the Purchase Department in Head office and will be in constant contact with the Purchase department, Accounts department and other relevant departments.
• Remuneration will commensurate with experience and other qualifications.
